The Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake business development activities across EMEA, focusing on manage and grow relationships with KAs and distributors
- Provide technical understanding and support to customers across a wide range of products and solutions
- Analyze market trends, identify new product opportunities, and drive technical-commercial alignment
- Collaborate with internal R&D, T&S, CS and supply chain teams for customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally educated with a bachelor of science in chemical or equivalent
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in CASE and polyurethanes, especially in coating
- Extensive sales leadership experience in chemical company
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Location: This is a home-based role that will also involve travelling to clients in the region
